Colonoscopy is a technique of evaluating large intestine (colon) with an endoscope, which is a thin rubber tube with camera. A special preparation instruction will be given to you by our office. You will be given sedation during the test to minimize any discomfort during the test. The procedure takes 15 to 45 minutes.
